SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
BlackHatSoft proudly offer “free shipping to any country” via e-packet. Our facility requires average one to three days to dispatch any order. Please note, we are obliged to our business values to do everything in our capacity to ship product to our value customers as soon as possible. From the dispatching moment, required time to receive your product may vary from seven to ten days depends on your region or country. Any prolong weekend or business shutdown may impact required delivery time.
BlackHatSoft has deep enthusiast to discover advance services. We worked with a number of prominent brands, small vendors across the cities and have our own production facilities. We ship our products to customers via a number of shipping service providers and respect shipping service values. Though delay in shipping is unexpected, BlackHatSoft may not provide specific receiving date considering the nature of shipping service.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
In pre-order or back-order products, we will ship products on the basis of availability or products will be ship as soon as items available to us. If our value customer receives only part of the ordered products or only single product out of several orders, you are requested not to worry. Our team will carefully handle your order and you will receive all items shortly after.
Track your order:
Our customer service team will send you confirmation text to your contact through phone messaging or email. The message will contain tracking link of your products. If you cannot find your product tracking ID or do not familiar with the tracking process, you are requested to contact with our customer service team. Please, wait 1 to 3 business days to activate tracking information.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Our value customers will be the sole responsible for providing error or incorrect shipping address. In case of providing error address, BlackHatSoft may offer small window to correct the incorrect address. Value customers are requested to contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If our value customer desire to return eligible products, he/she may responsible for return shipping expense. Please, go through our return policy for details.
Lost / Stolen Packages
BlackHatSoft will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If tracking information shows, your package are being delivered to your address but you did not receive it, you are requested to contact with your shipping service providing agency. Our customer support team will send you shipping service providing agency’s information through the purchasing confirmation message or E-mail.
